Classroom

Our Sales Pre-License Program is held about 2 times a year at our Coldwell Banker Action Realty office in Schofield, WI. It is a 72 hour class that meets Saturday’s from
Noon-4:00pm, and Monday’s from 5:00pm-9:00pm. This is the perfect choice for someone who likes classroom learning with a live teacher.

The cost is $550 which includes books.

On-Demand (With Books)

This is the WRA’s Online Pre-License Program which offers students a combination of reading chapters from the course book, short video reviews and exercises. While in the program, you can e-mail course-related questions to the instructor or post questions to a student bulletin board. Books and instructions will be shipped upon registering for the course.

The cost is $415 which includes books.

On-Demand

Start the WRA’s Sales Pre-License Program today! There’s no need to wait for materials to ship and you can start your coursework immediately. As you progress through the course, the on-demand option includes review exercises, true/false questions, vocabulary builders, case studies and quizzes to measure your comprehension.

The cost is $325 and has materials you can download.
